The live performances of music selections, paired with film clips from some of legendary director Stanley Kubrick’s most celebrated films, bring the music selected by the legendary director to life in a thrilling concert.
The Los Angeles Philharmonic has announced that Malcom McDowell will host Stanley Kubrick’s Sound Odyssey, featuring the LA Phil and Los Angeles Master Chorale led by conductor Jessica Cottis, in a program of music selections and accompanying clips from some of Kubrick’s most celebrated films, including 2001: A Space Odyssey, A Clockwork Orange, The Shining, Barry Lyndon, and Eyes Wide Shut.
Performances are Friday and Saturday, November 23 and 24, at 8pm, and Sunday, November 25, at 2pm, at Walt Disney Concert Hall.
