Let Antiquity be your Inspiration!

The Getty Villa is offering guided drawing lessons in the gardens and galleries of the J. Paul Getty Museum, Getty Villa, on selected Saturdays, 10:00 am “” 1:00 pm.

Bring your sketchbook and pencils to the Getty Villa and join Drawing from Antiquity, a course for artists at all levels who seek inspiration from the landscapes of classical antiquity.

Artist Jaime Ursic guides a lesson and critique on the first and fourth Saturdays; participants work independently on the Saturdays in between these dates.

A different theme is chosen each month and all skill levels are welcome.

The course fee is $65.00 per month, and sessions are held 10 am-1 pm each Saturday.
